Use a staircase to lead you to your desired reality. Lie down in a comfortable position and imagine yourself in a room with a large staircase. Slowly walk up the stairs, recalling memories (both good and bad) from your current reality. Keep walking until you reach the top of the stairs, then open the large white door at the top. Walk through the door and onto the second set of stairs, this time going down. When you reach the bottom, open the final door and imagine your DR behind it.
