The butter was from two different cows: Daisy and Dandelion. You could TASTE the difference between the different cows milk/butter! It was crazy and illuminating.

But, due to his commitment to his own way, was not able to work well with the industry. Perhaps that is part of what makes his work even more appealing. he was an outsider.
