I posted this last night on Flash's show, but strongly recommend the Black Saint/Soul Note box set of Gianluigi Trovesi's 9 CDs for the labels. It's out of print, but I just found one (and they are less expensive since being discontinued). Great Stuff (I had some of it already, but still worth it for the stuff I didn't have...). There is actually a whole bunch of these box sets by other artists that are worth picking up (I have a few...)

My favourite of those came with this thing called a one-pot.. which kind of a dutch oven you can't put in the stove.. it has a really good pasta recipe that takes pepperoni instead of ground beef. The sauce takes a good helping of wine :)
