	10:38pm Rich in Washington: Vancouver, where I reside, is just across the river from Portland. Vancouver is very quiet and boring, as most folks go to PDX for any kind of nightlife. I haven't been to a NYE event in many years. I honestly DNGAF about most holidays or annual events for the most part and don't drink and don't really relish the idea of getting killed by some drunk asshole.
