But the most money per hour I ever made busking was in Tampere about 10 years ago when I was cycling home from a jam session with my banjo in a backpack and some drunk kids shouted "soita Paranoid" (the Finnish equivalent of Play Free Bird") so I got off the bike and did a quick clawhammer rendition of the song. They were so surprised that they gave me something like 10 EUR for 2 1/2 minutes of singing.
