Favoriting Bryce: Playlist from November 24, 2023 Favoriting

I never miscue a record. I am punctual, well-prepared, and dislike clutter. Outgoing and helpful, I'm always appropriately dressed. I do not behave erratically and have excellent penmanship. My CD's never skip, and I am in good health. I like all the notes, in any order.

"Mr. Ito won an Obie Award for theater music during the 1960-61 season, based on his scores for the Off Broadway productions of ''Three Modern Japanese Plays,'' Brecht's ''In the Jungle of Cities,'' for the Living Theater, and a cafe production of ''King Ubu.''

On Broadway he composed the score for the original, 1963, production of ''One Flew Over the Cuckoo's Nest,'' and in 1971 wrote ''Watermill,'' which was choreographed by Jerome Robbins for the New York City Ballet."

WM:

I just learned a new word very relevant to this show: paracusias (ˌpærəˈkjuːsɪs). It means auditory hallucination.

"Auditory hallucinations, or paracusias, are sensory perceptions of hearing in the absence of an external stimulus. Auditory hallucinations can refer to a plethora of sounds; however, when the hallucinations are voices, they are distinguished as auditory verbal hallucinations."

https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/books/NBK557633/#:~:text=Auditory%20hallucinations%2C%20or%20paracusias%2C%20are,distinguished%20as%20auditory%20verbal%20hallucinations.

I do wonder what the difference between regular tumeric and heirloom tumeric is. I'm at stage two of breadmaking myself, but this time just a basic Italian-style white bread with mostly sourdough and just a little yeast and a dash of malt flour. Gonna punch down the dough, form a loaf and let it rise in the fridge overnight. I only buy bread if I am really short on time or have just gotten back from travelling. In Germany I always went to bakeries, because the good ones could make way better bread than I could. I don't feel that way in Finland.
