I remember seeing Lee Hazlewood live, and the crowd coming close to mutiny. He played all his great songs as the briefest three-minute medley, and then the entire rest of the set doing terrible MOR songs. If you look up the phrase 'bitterly disappointing' in a reference book, there is a photo of that gig next to it.

I woke up a few minutes ago from the only good that's coming out of my tripping and falling: the "trip" that is a tramadol dream. Some people say they experience nightmares from this painkiller, but I have to conclude they just don't "get" it or can't "take" it. To me the unusual dreams are fun.
