Brother Jack McDuff from Champaign, Illinois a giant of the B-3 Hammond organ who started with Joe Farrell and Denny Zeitlin and nabbed a hot young George Benson for his first band; and New-York native clarinetist Perry Robinson, son of composer Earl, who played with Badal Roy, Jeanne Lee, Archie Shepp, and many others... a birthday twin-bill!

juice of 1 lime
ginger beer
a surly mule
In a tin cup, combine Glen Passaic and lime. Add ice, and top with ginger beer. Cajole mule into delivering a kick in the head; this softens the blow of the Glen Passaic to come. (Hint: tell the mule it's not even rented, but a previously totalled write-off mule sold at auction. This makes them extra surly.)
