	4:15pm luka: that story reminds me of a story i have about “come sail away”. i was working graveyards stocking office supplies with one other dude and we were dog tired. on cig break the Styx song came on and we listened to the whole thing without saying a word. upon completion i turned to him and said “wait a minute. that song isn’t about sailing at all!” we then both laughed for like five minutes.
	4:15pm zzz: ↳ fred @4:10 i was in college and pretty fresh in NYC during the 50th bday marathon at Tonic. september 2003 was the most incredible month of music i’ve ever seen, still to this day! multiple (2?) performances every night of the month. so many incredible performances. lots (maybe all?) have been released on tzadik. some that stick out the most to this day are the performance of kristallnacht, and the zorn/milford graves duo (with JZ at one point playing sax on MG’s shoulders) yes there’s some shows scattered around the city for 70. a few at Miller Theater at Columbia. going to see a fiery double header of new masada quartet + simulacrum

And started after my SFL payment was blocked, and I could get no information about why (then again, it's August in France, when doing anything is at best challenging) I think the "intelligence" services just forgot how to wire a landline. Looks that the payment might clear soon (relief!). But since almost all the calls I get are from telemarketers, I might consider subscribing to that instant hang-up service
