I owned a stereo copy of this LP for decades and just assumed that's what blew everyone's minds. I didn't hear the mono mix until the 21st century -- that mix is so superior and is probably the one that most of the freaks were blasting in '67.

I owned a stereo copy of this LP for decades and just assumed that's what blew everyone's minds. I didn't hear the mono mix until the 21st century -- that mix is so superior and is probably the one that most of the freaks were blasting in '67.
