Flash Strap's avatar View Flash Strap's profile Favoriting

This is where all of culture and all of time are collapsed into one seductive portal and viewed through the panoramic lens of the exotic. Come and embark on an armchair-travel virtual-voyage to the heart of timeless darkness and beyond; embrace the numinous monolith of the exotic immensity. Let us find that place where hybridization meets its destiny as pure fantasy. Let us become observers observing those others who are ourselves. You wear your mask and I'll wear mine.

↳ Song: "Kodu Kaugel (Faraway Home)" by "Collage"
Great tracks so far, Flash (at first misread the title of this as Kodu Kugel-kugel is a potato kind of quiche or casserole (comes as a sweet noodle version as well). Treat growing up...

Okay, then, Auto-Tuna.

Avatar 7:32pm
Flash Strap:

hey LD!
  7:34pm

Stratos comes across to me as a high-intensity (and high-pitched) Esther Lamandier. That is by no means a bad thing.

tropical prog

Huh. German music that strikes me as cloyingly "Comme-ci comme-ça" as most Brazilian music, which I can't stand for the most part, exceptions being Badi Assad and Villa-Lobos.

Einzelgänger is actually a piece of pseudonymous pseudo-kraut from the venerable Giorgio Moroder

a lot of Jean-Michel Jarre in that melody, imo

Avatar Swag For Life Member 8:52pm

Me too-also like the time signature-it's a 6 count, but instead of the 6/8 which is usually 2 sets of 3, it a set of 2, then a set of 4, makes for an off balance shuffle.
