Then you discover that it's diegetic, and being performed by a character in the story. This happens a lot in the essential film noir, "Out of The Past," and when I see it used elsewhere, I always think of that movie.

	👻 10:33pm Austin Rich: This episode, like a lot of the final episodes of Dimension X, are not great recordings. I believe they came from fan recordings, which are notoriously not high quality. This particular story, and the recording it comes from, also has a lot of skips in it, so it's also a little weird to listen to. I've done my best to improve the audio with some EQ and editing, so that it makes more sense, and the skips aren't too jarring. Still, this one is not the best... bear with me.

This particular story, and the recording it comes from, also has a lot of skips in it, so it's also a little weird to listen to. I've done my best to improve the audio with some EQ and editing, so that it makes more sense, and the skips aren't too jarring. Still, this one is not the best... bear with me.
