Some say he was prob calculating that Finnish Reds would win the civil war soon in Finland anyway (which was about to break atm), so granting independence didn't matter. Otoh, maybe he really just dug the place. Who the hell knows. Reds however lost the war. But be as it may, it is true that Lenin signed the paper that gave us the independce. And that's only _one_ of the surreal plot twists of Finnish geopolitical history in the 20th century.

	7:05am dday: @Lord Jimz: my furnace has been acting up since I put it in service in late Oct. I tried several things to repair it but finally have deduced it is the heat exchanger has some small air leaks around it's "exhaust pipes" The body is fine. I did an emergency repair of the part of it I can reach from the front over the weekend & conditions improved vastly, but since I can't easily access the rear of the furnace (mobile home, utility closet) I couldn't do the whole repair. Any repair to it is temporary until I can get a new furnace in here BUT of course SUPPLY CHAIN issues etc. So today I have empty my bedroom closet, cut down the sheetrock wall behind the furnace, remove the furnaces back cover & finish what I couldn't access Sat. Once I do things should be good until I can get a furnace replacement. Not to mention the cost of everything is out of this world at the moment for a guy on shoestring budget. I hope that wasn't too long winded :)

	7:14am dday: @Tom: honestly..it's not rocket science. If you have done work on cars, it's basically the same thing..a combustion engine. It needs the proper ratio of fuel, air & spark to produce heat. There's proper intake air & exhausting pressure that needs to be equalized & a blower to deliver the clean heated air to the vents in the house. Because this problem was intermittent, then plain weird, it presented as being caused by multiple things, leading me to replace parts $$ (not my usual approach) when my troubleshooting was ineffective. As of Sat. I'm on to the cause but of course as I said above, getting things done is difficult from many angles

Some say he was prob calculating that Finnish Reds would win the civil war soon in Finland anyway (which was about to break atm), so granting independence didn't matter. Otoh, maybe he really just dug the place. Who the hell knows. Reds however lost the war. But be as it may, it is true that Lenin signed the paper that gave us the independce. And that's only _one_ of the surreal plot twists of Finnish geopolitical history in the 20th century.

	7:05am dday: @Lord Jimz: my furnace has been acting up since I put it in service in late Oct. I tried several things to repair it but finally have deduced it is the heat exchanger has some small air leaks around it's "exhaust pipes" The body is fine. I did an emergency repair of the part of it I can reach from the front over the weekend & conditions improved vastly, but since I can't easily access the rear of the furnace (mobile home, utility closet) I couldn't do the whole repair. Any repair to it is temporary until I can get a new furnace in here BUT of course SUPPLY CHAIN issues etc. So today I have empty my bedroom closet, cut down the sheetrock wall behind the furnace, remove the furnaces back cover & finish what I couldn't access Sat. Once I do things should be good until I can get a furnace replacement. Not to mention the cost of everything is out of this world at the moment for a guy on shoestring budget. I hope that wasn't too long winded :)

	7:14am dday: @Tom: honestly..it's not rocket science. If you have done work on cars, it's basically the same thing..a combustion engine. It needs the proper ratio of fuel, air & spark to produce heat. There's proper intake air & exhausting pressure that needs to be equalized & a blower to deliver the clean heated air to the vents in the house. Because this problem was intermittent, then plain weird, it presented as being caused by multiple things, leading me to replace parts $$ (not my usual approach) when my troubleshooting was ineffective. As of Sat. I'm on to the cause but of course as I said above, getting things done is difficult from many angles
