If I paused at her cubicle and asked her what she was singing she would chuckle and say, oh, nothing you would know about.

I assume she wanted to protect her release valve from scrutiny by her co-workers until she was sure she could trust us. Speaking of Tim Burton, when his Ed Wood movie came out in '94, she organized a group of us to go watch it together.

	8:50pm doctorjazz: Seems Duke was at peak popularity 1946, Django had lost a ton of money in Europe gambling, Duke brought him over. He didn't play most of an Ellington Band concert, but he'd come out at the end and do a few tunes with the band. At least that's my quick read.
