Dumb, dumb, dumb. Music City was on Alcatraz in south Berkeley, nearby where at least a couple record stores thrive (I hope). One is a killer jazz store, packed to the rafters with, e.g., sealed hat Hut LPs, etc. Can't remember the name...

They told me in a very solemn voice that I had to do a report - to who I'm not sure. I thought to myself, I don't want this responsibility. I felt extremely put upon.
