Well - the USA either becomes more of an actual Democracy - or it becomes more something else.
It could be done by putting four more Justices on the Court - to balance the AntiDemocratic bad faith of the Republican - ending the filibuster (same) - & we should end the Electoral College. The first two @ least aren't even that difficult to see from here. Or rather - shouldn't be.

Toxic Trough:
2 750ml bottles Glen Passaic
1 can orange juice concentrate
1 46oz can pineapple juice
1 box Mr. Twee's sour mix
four or five shovels of ice balls
an orange, liberally smashed in a dirty sock

Empty ingredients into a 5 gallon bucket from Home Despot and agitate with a paint stirrer. Allow guests to dip their own with recycled Solo cups. Traditional toast: "FUCK IT!" Serves 2-20, depth of crisis depending.
