	10:51am ChukAmok: If it wasn't for the crystal clear recollections of the years I spent eking out a living as an art handler in NYC I'd probably think more seriously about moving back there. The thought of history repeating itself and having to get back behind the wheel of a box truck navigating Manhattan streets for bosses that consider those who do the job as "charity cases" is repellent enough to think better of that idea.

All those single-use slip cases, shadowboxes, travel crates, etc. The tyvek, poly, dartek, tape, and god forbid bubble wrap that just get trashed. I have never seen a recycling bin outside of an art warehouse.

The thought of history repeating itself and having to get back behind the wheel of a box truck navigating Manhattan streets for bosses that consider those who do the job as "charity cases" is repellent enough to think better of that idea.
