	6:12pm N'Lo: A hotel bagel in Dallas once made me burst into tears. Thought it would be ok cause it was a Starbucks and I was starving student at a conference but, no. It was wrapped in cling film, which implied threat enough, and tasted more vile than could be imagined. I melted down of homesickness. And learned to cook bialys for myself.

Finish said homework with just a few minutes before lunch ends so I grab a bagel and scarf it down in 4 bites or so. Bell rings, I’m off to biology. Get to biology classroom with inevitable heartburn and I utter “Ugh, my chest hurts.” My teacher heard me say that and said I have to go to the hospital. I said no, it’s nothing. Just a bagel. She insisted that it was school policy if someone mentions chest pain, they HAVE to go to the hospital. I said, “No, I’m serious. I don’t want to go to the hospital because it’s nothing.” She calls the school nurse and informs them of the situation.

	6:41pm Ray from Clifton: The nurse shows up with a WHEELCHAIR and insists I have to be wheeled out. I said I refuse because I know it’s indigestion. They wouldn’t budge and made me get on the wheelchair. The wheelchair’s really not necessary, I’m fine and I can walk. So I’m being wheeled through the high school and I call mom to tell her the situation. I get brought to an ambulance and they put the oxygen mask on me. I’m annoyed and told the EMT this is all for nothing. He says “well, we just want to be sure.” Get brought to the hospital, sat in a waiting room until I have to go through an MRI, a CT scan, some other scans and tests. After 12 hours, the doctors concluded there was nothing wrong.

Get to biology classroom with inevitable heartburn and I utter “Ugh, my chest hurts.” My teacher heard me say that and said I have to go to the hospital. I said no, it’s nothing. Just a bagel. She insisted that it was school policy if someone mentions chest pain, they HAVE to go to the hospital. I said, “No, I’m serious. I don’t want to go to the hospital because it’s nothing.” She calls the school nurse and informs them of the situation.

	6:41pm Ray from Clifton: The nurse shows up with a WHEELCHAIR and insists I have to be wheeled out. I said I refuse because I know it’s indigestion. They wouldn’t budge and made me get on the wheelchair. The wheelchair’s really not necessary, I’m fine and I can walk. So I’m being wheeled through the high school and I call mom to tell her the situation. I get brought to an ambulance and they put the oxygen mask on me. I’m annoyed and told the EMT this is all for nothing. He says “well, we just want to be sure.” Get brought to the hospital, sat in a waiting room until I have to go through an MRI, a CT scan, some other scans and tests. After 12 hours, the doctors concluded there was nothing wrong.
