I'd like to say a word or several about my Drummer icon :
I am only able to renew my Swag For Life status after two years of NO INCOME - as a matter of fact - thru the good Graces of other FMUvianz (not, perhaps, entirely unlike yourself).
@ the minimum rate of $10/month - one is only able to credit 12 Programs - when I'd like to acknowledge maybe three (?) Xs as many... So it came down to Programs that not only present groovy kewl & bitchen Sounds - but that also make me feel especially like they are Places that Welcome me as - why mince words - like Home... (Always say the DrummerStream is like a back room with fewer people & more lived in but puffier furniture...)

Ngh, did you say you have a cataract? So sorry, usually does need surgery, but that generally takes care of the issue (often age related-I'm developing a small one myself. Have an ophthalmologist appointment tomorrow).

@drjazz: yep, cataracts, but it developed from some of the meds I was taking I first started noticing it sbout 1.5 years ago, and it has rapidly gotten worse.

my lens are still the same as when I last saw an ophthalmologist, 12 years ago, so I don't need a new prescription after the surgery, so that's a positive.

Hey TDK, thanks for the well wishes earlier. It's a sinus surgery to fix a channel that formed from a tooth extraction which caused an infection. Pretty common issue.

@ngh The infection was gone after a few antibiotic prescriptions. I had a chronic sinus issue where I could only breathe out of one nostril for years. Just keep telling myself no way it will hurt worse than getting all 4 wisdom teeth out at once and a dry socket.
