RR my theory, developed 3-4 decades ago and seems to hold up -and some medical evidence (meaningful medical evidence: hundreds or thousands of years of clinical evidence...not some bullshit, paid for by some company study)
...coffee stimulates ("burns out") your adrenal glands, so you get quick abundant energy, then you crash.
tea doesn't do that...or certainly not as much.

(i don't know about the content. i listened to Stern for a year or 2 in the late 90s because kroq was the best my radio could pull in, and the cassette was broken. i thought he was about 1/8 amusing, 7/8 absolute waste of time crap.)
