	4:25pm Handy Haversack: Got some toner and am now printing the WFMU crossword puzzle! Very exciting. The VU doc: yeah. One could quibble with individual choices of emphasis, but it is a well-wrought thing offered genuinely. So worth it. And see it in the theater (or have much better home sound than I have). So much strife and pain and difference into each VU album but from my remove, what am I supposed to do, choose? Like choosing which of my limbs I like most. Every component is absolutely necessary.

	5:34pm WM: Another fine yet scandalously overlooked ghost movie is Il Demonio (1963) directed by Brunello Rondi (who I think also worked on some of Fellini's screenplays). It's about an isolated and perhaps mentally ill girl in Sicily who is accused by superstitious villagers of being demonically possessed. The girl is played by the very beautiful Daliah Lavi who gives a fantastic performance. I think you can find it on YouTube.

One could quibble with individual choices of emphasis, but it is a well-wrought thing offered genuinely. So worth it. And see it in the theater (or have much better home sound than I have). So much strife and pain and difference into each VU album but from my remove, what am I supposed to do, choose? Like choosing which of my limbs I like most. Every component is absolutely necessary.

	5:34pm WM: Another fine yet scandalously overlooked ghost movie is Il Demonio (1963) directed by Brunello Rondi (who I think also worked on some of Fellini's screenplays). It's about an isolated and perhaps mentally ill girl in Sicily who is accused by superstitious villagers of being demonically possessed. The girl is played by the very beautiful Daliah Lavi who gives a fantastic performance. I think you can find it on YouTube.
