	9:33am WR: Just dug out a shovelware set I got years ago. 50 Horror classics on 12 DVDs! Looks like it has the ones I've not watched yet. Doesn't have the most well known Universals, but they are easily found. It has early classics like Metropolis and Nosferatu and Lon Chaney Sr classic Hunchback and ...Opera up to Night of the Living Dead and Little Shop of Horrors.

	1:45pm Hauntis Odder: I love the Co-Star albums. Sonderangebot did a live one with Cesar Romero on the old FP show last June.

	1:48pm Hauntis Odder: That's wonderful WR. The great thing about these records is the entire script is included, heavy as a magazine and anywhere from 50-100 pages or so.

	3:29pm spodiodious: i was wondering if it was here... last week, i witnessed a crow doggedly and mercilessly attack a much larger turkey vulture. it was chaotic and loud, with the crow cawing non-stop as it continually got the upper wing as they tumbled past my windows. i'm guessing nest invasion -- they seem to co-exist without any problems (was the first and only such clash i've witnessed here)

	4:06pm WR: back. The song performed by VR Sterrett and Jennifer Deirmenjian is quite nice. I heard it as I was swept up in a crowd of celebrants. Hundreds of families swarming local businesses for little packets of sugar and coloring. Huge manikans of Halloween icons.
	4:07pm Doktor Fab-enstein: We usually get mobbed, during normal years. Zero last year, but I’m prepared with a big bowl o’ candies this year. With Herk in the background to scaaaaare them.
	4:16pm Herk Hilligoss: I just prepared a bowl of candy myself, while prepping the oven to bake a pizza. We usually get around 6 to 8 groups of people these past few years. Most parents take their kids to trunk or treat to be more safe. Ours happened in a neighborhood parking lot last night.

	4:29pm Doktor Fab-enstein: A few little tykes come before sunset. Cuz darkness is scary. Then when the sun sets, here come the little monsters.
	4:31pm Rich in Washington: I can't remember the last time we got trick or treaters. We're way too far out in the boonies and have too long of a (darkened) driveway to be very enticing.
	4:33pm spodiodious: only the second year in this place, but last year, i was surprised to see kids out as early as they were. i don't think many people came after the sun went down (and not many total.) similar situation in sf, Rich, but with a dark scary dead-end alley leading to our old gate

Doesn't have the most well known Universals, but they are easily found. It has early classics like Metropolis and Nosferatu and Lon Chaney Sr classic Hunchback and ...Opera up to Night of the Living Dead and Little Shop of Horrors.

	3:29pm spodiodious: i was wondering if it was here... last week, i witnessed a crow doggedly and mercilessly attack a much larger turkey vulture. it was chaotic and loud, with the crow cawing non-stop as it continually got the upper wing as they tumbled past my windows. i'm guessing nest invasion -- they seem to co-exist without any problems (was the first and only such clash i've witnessed here)

	4:07pm Doktor Fab-enstein: We usually get mobbed, during normal years. Zero last year, but I’m prepared with a big bowl o’ candies this year. With Herk in the background to scaaaaare them.
	4:16pm Herk Hilligoss: I just prepared a bowl of candy myself, while prepping the oven to bake a pizza. We usually get around 6 to 8 groups of people these past few years. Most parents take their kids to trunk or treat to be more safe. Ours happened in a neighborhood parking lot last night.
