Just found info on yerba mate: A Mayo Clinic doctor says, don't drink it too hot (149F/65C or hotter), or too often as it has carcinogens. (Leaves from a type of holly tree.) I do drink it often, need to intersperse with tea and coffee I guess...

That I listen to in times of desperation. It’s usually a mountain rock yawn fest. The other day Delphine Blue was DJing and the station was totally transformed. I wanted to chat and say how great the music choices were but I couldn’t find a chat bot. So I’m saying it here. And it may be my imagination, but that other station seems to be a little bit better ever since… like those crusty DJs woke up a bit?
