He thinks it happened when he strained lifting something. But he seems to be a hypochondriac too. I tell him probably nobody notices it, but I can understand how someone could be sensitive about something to do with their face. So I'm sorry if I inadvertently seized on something you too might be sensitive about, Uncle Michael.

He thinks it happened when he strained lifting something. But he seems to be a hypochondriac too. I tell him probably nobody notices it, but I can understand how someone could be sensitive about something to do with their face.
