	3:08pm bukowski.: it was, joe! filled with homemade sauerkraut, naturally. @ krys i've gotten quite good! takes a minute to get the hang of it but the trick i've found is to not over-flour the dough when rolling it out so it's just the perfect elasticity yet still sticks to itself

	3:08pm Handy Haversack: bukowski., what kind of filling did you have? I brought Polish food from one of the excellent neighborhood takeout places to a friends' dinner Sat. night. Stuffed cabbage a hit with the vegans, and potato pancakes and zucchini pancakes a hit with everyone else.

	3:12pm joe mulligan: actually I did have something a bit like ravioli, a Korzo beet burger wrapped in Slovak LANGOŠ which is pretty close to a ravioli or pierogi envelope
	3:13pm bukowski.: @HH homemade sauerkraut - i had some left over from the spring that was still as fresh and crispy as the day i canned it. lacto-fermentation is some sort of dark magic. love a stuffed cabbage! where's your go-to spot?

	3:47pm Jeff Moore: In re: Polish name pronunciation: I went to school with a kid whose last name was Wojciechowicz, and that was right around the same time Barney Miller was on the Teevee, with all the great characters including Stan Wojciechowicz (played by Max Gail) – I think I was sensitized to pay extra attention to the name because of my school chum. Anyway, there's a great thing in the show where Wojciechowicz (whose name is of course pronounced "woe-ja-hoe-itz") is asked how to spell his name, and says "Just like it sounds!"

See the sections in the above article labeled "When to see a doctor" and "Seek emergency care". But if it doesn't seem like a medical emergency, you can try searching the web for "Epley maneuver" tutorials, to see if you (ideally with a helper at home) can make the problem go away. 	3:08pm bukowski.: it was, joe! filled with homemade sauerkraut, naturally. @ krys i've gotten quite good! takes a minute to get the hang of it but the trick i've found is to not over-flour the dough when rolling it out so it's just the perfect elasticity yet still sticks to itself

	3:47pm Jeff Moore: In re: Polish name pronunciation: I went to school with a kid whose last name was Wojciechowicz, and that was right around the same time Barney Miller was on the Teevee, with all the great characters including Stan Wojciechowicz (played by Max Gail) – I think I was sensitized to pay extra attention to the name because of my school chum. Anyway, there's a great thing in the show where Wojciechowicz (whose name is of course pronounced "woe-ja-hoe-itz") is asked how to spell his name, and says "Just like it sounds!"
