I could have sworn I heard a different name than Donnie Elbert but who knows. I’m distracted.

You should have haggled, Kris.

Little Danny:

Naps usually wreck me, too — brain fog and sore muscles. But I find them impossible to resist.
Avatar 10:19pm
Kris Holmes:

I've been so tired the last couple of days. I lay down at 7pm & the next thing it's 8.40 & I have to do the show!! Crazy
Avatar Swag For Life Member 10:20pm
Matt from New Orleans:

Good that you don’t spend the hours of prep that Danny does Kris
Avatar 10:21pm

I think I'm the only person that can cut myself w/ an electric razor. (I've had to retire many shirts and pants due to blood stains I wasn't aware of).
Avatar Swag For Life Member 10:22pm
Matt from New Orleans:

I haven’t used one in years @NGH but can’t say that ever happened to me
Avatar 10:22pm

I am not a pre-planner, it's true
Avatar Swag For Life Member 10:22pm

When does your summer break start Kris?
Avatar 10:23pm
northguineahills:

I was introduced to Joe Tex when I was 16 via Resevoir Dogs.
Avatar 10:24pm

@Matt: I have Von Willebrandt's syndrome, aka false hemophilia, so my blood takes a looong time to clot.

For us that do not reside in Jersey City can pen emails?
Avatar Swag For Life Member 10:37pm
Matt from New Orleans:

Got ya NGH. It’s been so long that I don’t even remember cutting myself but I’m sure it must have happened at some point. I have a clotting issue as well(ITP) but I haven’t had to get treatment for it in around 20 years. If I was to ever get really sick, I’m sure it would reappear as my condition is chronic.

Matt from New Orleans:

Steven Fulop the mayor of Jersey City is a bit of a jackass. I used to be involved with Friends of Loew’s Jersey when I lived up there. One of the first things he did as mayor is try to give the theater to AEG to let them run it even though the city had a lease with Friends of Loew’s Jersey. Volunteers have been restoring the theater for years without any significant financial assistance from the city. I’ll try to write a short message but might struggle with being civil.
Avatar 10:44pm
Kris Holmes:

Thanks team
Avatar Swag For Life Member 10:44pm
Matt from New Orleans:

Lived in NY I meant. I never lived in Jersey City but would go out there to see movies at Loews Jersey or to grab Indian food with a friend who lived there in early 00s.
Avatar 10:45pm

seriously, I was thinking, 2500 words....
Avatar 10:48pm

I can also provide footnotes and citations. If I'm wrting for business or gov't purposes, I revert to my old academic self.
Avatar Swag For Life Member 10:51pm

Supposed to rain again tomorrow afternoon around the time I’m supposed to leave. Hopefully I won’t get delayed. The reduced flight schedule may help with that.

Yes yes yes.

I remember watching Billy Taylor teach jazz piano on PBS. FMU is the the 24/7 version of that.
Avatar Swag For Life Member 10:59pm

I was triple bumping earlier
  11:01pm

Dammit, I see I missed Joe Tex. I don’t mind bumping with a big fat woman.

Me neither Scott. Prefer pour over myself.

🥁 Swag For Life Member 11:52pm

if i can still count, you've passed 30 tunes. So you spent more than a dollar? LOL.
Avatar 11:55pm
Kris Holmes:

A couple went in the trash/didn't make the cut. 29 made the show, Odia Coates was the last but The Rhine Oaks was not & I just snuck that in before her
