I got into a discussion with a non-FMU DJ, who told me that there was a copyright or FTC rule such that one could not play more than 3 tracks by the same artist on a program. I've heard this violated many times (most recently by Jeff!), but I wonder if there is some kernel of (former?) truth to it.

	8:58pm Wendy del Formaggio: "Wailing Ultimate" is one of the very few albums I have on LP and CD. I bought the LP when I was a youngster, but when I started driving it made it hard to listen to in the car. :-)

I got into a discussion with a non-FMU DJ, who told me that there was a copyright or FTC rule such that one could not play more than 3 tracks by the same artist on a program. I've heard this violated many times (most recently by Jeff!), but I wonder if there is some kernel of (former?) truth to it.

	8:58pm Wendy del Formaggio: "Wailing Ultimate" is one of the very few albums I have on LP and CD. I bought the LP when I was a youngster, but when I started driving it made it hard to listen to in the car. :-)
