Hello, all! Today's playlist image is by Iranian artist Reza Shafahi.

Shafahi was a professional wrestler before turning to painting at age 72.

@ Fyodor: That was a collage tape piece from 1965 by Swedish composer Folke Rabe (he was staying in the U.S. at the time).
Avatar 12:14pm
Nick S.:

Rabe seemed a bit overwhelmed by his stay.

Mark Williams:

reminds me of a stay in an Amsterdam youth hostel a friend and I had. Slept in a communal room w/bunk beds and a large bathroom with a long mirror. Israeli guy gets up around 5:30 am to begin his day, goes into bathroom and proceeds to gargle and spit out. He gargles, he gargles, he gargles. You could feel the collective annoyance of the room. After about the 8th or 9th gargle, some bloke shouts out in English "spit the f***ing thing out." Mid-gargle pause... pause... gentle spitting out, light turned off, silence. At last.

Tony - I've always meant to say that I like how you'll feature particular releases, playing 3-5 tracks per show. Works very well to showcase things.
Avatar 2:34pm
