When Sarah Palin extruded into our collective consciousness and it came out that she liked to hunt wolves from planes, a friend and I came up with the Atari 2600 game WOLF SANDWICH where you're in an 8-bit plane shooting wolves while giant flying wolves shoot down on you. Tagline: Are you man enough to be the meat -- in a WOLF SANDWICH? We have concept art and everything, just in case Atari 2600s ever come back.

	2:43pm northguineahills: @Krys O: Mine seems to only come out when my ears get clogged and the ambient noise triggers it. If my eustachian tubes are clear, then bass and loud music doesn't affect me as much. Then there's the normal tinnitus I have (I now need white noise to sleep).
	2:45pm Lisboner Pascal (France): @NGH didn't realise you had tinnitus, perhaps you mentioned it before somewhere cos I think one of the Give the Drummer Radio DJs has bad tinnitus. I've had it since I was little also, it gets worse and worse and meditating's the only thing that's stepped in to help. Horrible but part of my life and would be weird if it wasn't there!

But, If you go to a show w/ good sound design, it can be loud, and no ringing in your ears afterwards.
	2:53pm Krys O.: Pulsatile tinnitus sounds like the amplification of your heartbeat quite loudly inside your ear(s). Loud cars passing by my house at night can trigger it. It can sometimes be a sign of something really bad, but often is benign.

It's a very tactile thing for me, as much as audial. Anyway I hope it's not too oppressive for you both.

	2:43pm northguineahills: @Krys O: Mine seems to only come out when my ears get clogged and the ambient noise triggers it. If my eustachian tubes are clear, then bass and loud music doesn't affect me as much. Then there's the normal tinnitus I have (I now need white noise to sleep).

I've had it since I was little also, it gets worse and worse and meditating's the only thing that's stepped in to help. Horrible but part of my life and would be weird if it wasn't there!

But, If you go to a show w/ good sound design, it can be loud, and no ringing in your ears afterwards.
	2:53pm Krys O.: Pulsatile tinnitus sounds like the amplification of your heartbeat quite loudly inside your ear(s). Loud cars passing by my house at night can trigger it. It can sometimes be a sign of something really bad, but often is benign.

It's a very tactile thing for me, as much as audial. Anyway I hope it's not too oppressive for you both.
