| Here was a mystery record that I put on this site and then... I was contacted by Jackie Mayer herself telling me about the circumstances that produced this record. as I imagined, It was a promotional campaign that attached Miss America to a product line. It contained the message that if you had right attitude and the right clothes from CHUBBETTES, you can overcome your feelings of inferiority and self worthlessness to become the next Miss America. This record hung on every piece of clothing that Chubbettes sold. Great idea, terrible name!
