| A wonderful item that is among my favorite personal recordings. Usually folks stutter along when the recording machine is turned on but this poet has been waiting a long time to commit her piece to recorded history. She is serious and very earnest about her recitation and we can be sure after this exerpt that the Good Year Blimp made a lasting impression on her as it still does in people who see it today. Thin cardboard with laminated record. 78 rpm, 1949. |
